Hello. I changed internet network and when I tried to to connect the printer to the new network I experienced some issues. Now the blue light is blinking. What can I do?

Welcome to HP Support Community

I would like to help

Is the new Network a Dual broadband? Please Note that this printer connects only to 2.4 GHz Network and if your new Network is set to 5 GHz please contact your ISP

If the Network is set to 2.4 GHz, then try restoring the printer back to factory settings and then setup the wireless connection again

Print a configuration page to determine the IP address or host name.

i. Press and hold the Resume button until the Ready light begins blinking.

ii. Release the Resume button.

b. Open a web browser, and in the address line, type the IP address or host name exactly as it displays on the printer configuration page. Press the Enter key on the computer keyboard.

The EWS opens. NOTE: If the displays a message indicating that accessing the website might not be safe, select the option to continue to the website. Accessing this website will not harm the computer.

2. On the System tab, click Save and Restore in the left navigation pane.

3. In the Restore Defaults area, click the Restore defaults button. The printer automatically restarts.

Thank you
