You're very welcome.
All PC's with windows 7 or newer have default bluetooth settings and services.
That doesn't mean they have the bluetooth hardware (which yours does not).
You can add an external usb bluetooth adapter, or if your notebook is easy to get to the wireless card, you can replace the realtek 8188 wireless card with a wireless card that has bluetooth, such as the Realtek RTL8723BE wireless card that also has a built in bluetooth radio.
Consult the service manual for your specific notebook model to see how hard it would be to remove and replace the wlan card.
The Broadcom bluetooth driver would only work with Broadcom wireless cards, and yours has a realtek wireless card.

Hi:
Looking at your screenshot and the model wireless card, your notebook has (Realtek 8188EE), your notebook never had built in bluetooth.
The Realtek 8188EE wireless card is a non bluetooth wireless card.
So, there is nothing wrong with your notebook.

Thanks for your concern.
I recall seeing a Bluetooth option in settings ( devices), though I never made use of it because I upgraded to windows 10 same week I received my PC so I didn't use the windows 8 for long.
Let's assume it never had a built in Bluetooth, can I still fix that. If yes how?
Thanks.
