Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I am using a hp pavilion 15 p053eu laptop with one antenna and I changed the wireless card to an intel dual band ac 7260. I want to ask because I have a problem with bluetooth, if I attach the antenna to aux instead of main , will I have wifi+bluetooth because on main i only get wifi and via bluetooth i can't transfer anything. Will there be another problem with the laptop if I do this swap.

Hi:

All I can say is you have nothing to lose by trying it.

You probably don't have the W10 Bluetooth driver installed which is why you can't transfer any files.

Microsoft doesn't automatically install the Bluetooth driver and HP doesn't have any W10 BT drivers for that model Wi-Fi adapter.

I have shared a link to my Skydrive folder which has the last Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers HP released for the Intel 7260.

Download, unzip and run the Bluetooth driver in the Intel 7260AC WiFi & Bluetooth Drivers.zip file.

Hello, I tried the driver you sent me (I've also tried an older version) but it doesn't work. Is it a problem that I have masked pin 51 and 20 to detect bluetooth.

OK, so I assume you fixed it with this hack?

Intel 7260 Wifi/Bluetooth Card Fix - YouTube

If that didn't fix the problem unfortunately, I wouldn't know what the problem could be.

The card is designed to work with two antenna wires but with the one antenna on the Aux terminal and the driver installed, and if you had to tape off those pins to get the BT to show up in the device manager, then it should have worked.

Hi, the antenna is connected correctly to the aux. But the internet is very weak and does not report any speed.
