My Bluetooth App in snot available on my HP ProBook 450 notebook PC

What do you mean Bluetooth App ? Does your machine have Bluetooth hardware ? What is its wifi adapter, it shoutd have one of the following adapters:

 

  • Realtek 802.11b/g/n (1x1)   (this one does not have Bluetooth).
  • Realtek 802.11b/g/n (1x1) and Bluetooth 4.0 Combo
  • Broadcom 802.11b/g/n (1x1) and Bluetooth 4.0 Combo
  • Broadcom 802.11a/b/g/n (2x2) and Bluetooth 4.0 Combo
  • Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (1x1) Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 Combo
  • Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2x2) Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2 Combo

please use Device Manager to find out.
