Hello- I'm trying to connect my laptop via Bluetooth. I am not seeing that I have a Bluetooth driver, nor does my laptop detect Bluetooth devices around me. I can pull up Bluetooth in my device manager, but there is not an off/on toggle. Do I even have the ability to use Bluetooth?  Is this a driver I can add, and if so, how? I am operating on a Windows 10 system. Please note, I am no IT expert, so as much as anyone can dumb this down for me is very appreciated!! Thanks in advance!

Does your machine actually have Bluetooth ? I is a CTO machine, I can't get its specs. Please check wifi adapter (in Device  Manager) to see which one your machine has on the following list:

For use with all computer models:

  • Atheros 9485GN 802.11b/g/n 1×1 WiFi and 3012 Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter 655795-001
  • Atheros WB225 802.11b/g/n 1×1 Bluetooth Combo Adapter 675794-001
  • Broadcom 4313GN 802.11b/g/n 1×1 WiFi and 20702 Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter 657325-001
  • Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6230 WLAN module 670691-001
  • Broadcom 4313GN 802.11b/g/n 1×1 WiFi and 2070 Bluetooth 2.1+EDR Combo Adapter (BT3.0+HS ready) for use only on computer models equipped with an AMD processor in Brazil 600370-201
  • Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6235 WLAN module for use only on computer models equipped with an Intel processor in Japan 670290-001

Regards.

Thank you so much for your reply. Unfortunately, I'm not seeing any of those listed in device manager, I don't see an option for wifi adapters. Can you please provide any other direction? Thanks much!
