I have an issue ever since I bought my OmniBook X (has been a few days since I bought it). The issue is mainly concerned with bluetooth. I have a headset, Baseus Encok D02 Pro, that is very much working on every other device other than this one. What essentially happens is:-

  • I try to connect my headset, either says Couldnt Connect or connects immediately.
  • The headset appears correctly as an option in my settings and as an audio output device.
  • When I boot up a video to check, the audio is extremely cut off (barely any sound gets through) and eventually it disconnects automatically.

Bluetooth devices that do work include my Mouse, but my Stylus (a third party one) seems also not to work though that may be a compatibility issue since its non-Bluetooth (pick up and use).

I would like some help in this matter. I have installed and updated my drivers to the ones downloadable by HP support but to no avail, Windows is on the latest version, and the HP support app diagnostics say everything is A-OK. Do let me know the solution to my problem, as there is a warranty on this, and if the bluetooth chip itself has issues I can get it replaced.
