Hello HP Community,

I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding a critical issue with the Bluetooth functionality on my HP laptop. I have encountered a problem where the Bluetooth options are not visible in the settings, and the system reports "No Bluetooth driver found." Despite downloading Bluetooth drivers from the official HP website, the system reports that no Bluetooth driver/hardware is found. I have attempted to troubleshoot through the device manager, but the Bluetooth hardware is not recognized.

Note: The laptop has not undergone any recent hardware changes or updates that could have triggered this problem.

Thank you in advance.

Hi:

There's no fix to get the Ralink BT adapter to work on the newer builds of W10.

It suddenly and completely disappears from the device manager.

You will have to use a USB Bluetooth adapter that has support for W10.
