HP Recommended

I was using my bluetooth earphones and suddenly they disconnected. I tried turning on the bluetooth but the option was lighter (showing its not available) so I tried restarting the device but then the bluetooth option wasn't available so I tried troubleshooting and it shows "Bluetooth is not available on this device." Bluetooth driver is also not available in the device manager. What should I do? 

 

PS I already installed the intel bluetooth driver from the website.
