In order for me to help you, I will need to know either the full model number or product number of your notebook, or the model wireless network adapter your notebook has, so I can provide the correct W7 Bluetooth driver for the Wi-Fi adapter model.

you can try to find the appropriate driver for your laptop's Bluetooth device by visiting the manufacturer's website and searching for driver downloads for your laptop model and operating system.

Alternatively, you can use third-party driver updates software, such as Driver Booster or Driver Easy, which can scan your computer for outdated drivers and download and install latest version  for you.

But please note that downloading drivers from third-party websites can be risky, as they may contain malware or be incompatible with your device, so it's always best to get them from the manufacturer's website if possible.
