Hey I Have An Issue With Bluetooth Mine Bluetooth Isn't showing In Device Manager & Also It's Not showing In Windows Settings (Airplane Mode)
I also Tried to Install Drivers that available On HP Support Website But Still No Luck There Is No Bluetooth Icon In device Manager kindly Help Me to Fix It

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with a Ralink RT3290LE 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter.
This would be the latest W8.1 wifi driver for that model bluetooth device...

If that doesn't get the Bluetooth to work, it is very possible that the Bluetooth radio chip on the wifi card's circuit board has failed.
