Product: HP630
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having an Issue with the bluetooth driver:  error CODE 43. I have tried updating the driver but it does not seem to help. There is no issue with the hardware and hundreds like me have the same issue with the same driver. Contacting microsoft doesn't help. Please look into it and do the needfull.

 

My Device Specs:

Operating System: Windows 10 home x64

Model: Hp 630 notebook PC.

Wifi/Bluetooth Hardware: Atheros AR5B195

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to try installing the W10 Atheros Bluetooth driver from the Microsoft Update catalog.

I would try the latest file listed...around the middle of the page.
