HP ENVY 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-ep1000 IDS Base Model
Microsoft Windows 11

Ever since I updated my laptop to Windows 11 22H2, my Bluetooth connection ceased working correctly. I've attempted it all; restarting, reinstalling, etc. I even rebooted my laptop with a fresh install of Windows and THAT didn't even fix it. A tech took over my laptop for almost an hour and she redid all I did and yet it still only continues to connect to VOICE/HANDS-FREE HEADSET with Tape Recorder 16bit playback quality. I am beyond frustrated and hopeless 😠

Only connecting to the aux cable does the audio sound perfect...
