Hi Guys,

 

Good day and stay Blessed.

 

I have an issue with my laptop and will appreciate any help anyone can offer. My laptop almost crashed in 2015 so I did recovery on it and since then my Bluetooth has stop functioning. It does not allow devices to connect to it so I cannot connect or perform any operation via Bluetooth.

 

I have reinstalled only Bluetooth via recovery but it keeps saying driver or peripheral dvice not found.

and as a result, the connect a device option is not active for selection.

Please I need a fix for this.

Please try to download and install  Broadcom 2070 Bluetooth Software and Driver for Windows 7 (64bit):

 

   http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp50001-50500/sp50180.exe
