Bluetooth adapter on my laptop had a problem showing yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in device manager. I uninstalled the Broadcom software for bluetooth, restarted the laptop but now I am unable to locate bluetooth adapter inside device manager. I tried to reinstall the driver for bluetooth but the installation wizard says "No Bluetooth devices found".
If anyone can help me out here, I will be much grateful. Thanks in advance.!!

This is an old machine, I can't find its specs, only
https://www.ramcity.com.au/collections/hp-compaq-pavilion-g6-series-notebook-g6-1d55ca
Based on that information, the list of parts:
http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=A7G87UA
which shows it has Broadcom 4313GN 802.11b/g/n 1x1 WiFi and 20702 Bluetooth 4.0 combination adapter part # 657325-001
Did you upgrade/downgrade your machine ? Please download and install the following Broadcom Bluetooth Software (Eindows 7) for your machine,
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp55001-55500/sp55079.exe
Regards.

Hi Banhein, Thanks for your resposne.
I tried to install the bluetooth software from the link mentioned but it says that "No Bluetooth devices detected." and the installation is stopped. However all the remaining drivers are working perfectly fine including the wifi adapter and driver.
I have not upgraded/downgraded my machine. It is still running on original Windows 7 -64 bit that came pre-installed when I bought it.
If you can help me out, that would be great. Thanks for your help.

Very rare but could be a faulty device (hardware). Option

There are many brands and models around, cheaper too.
