Product: HP 14-cf2000 Laptop PC (43H03AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop was just recently been purchased. Months after the purchased, I have observed that its bluetooth was gone and USB ports were not functional. Tried all solutions such as downloading the driver but none solve the issue. To solve it, I do reset of the laptop and installing the windows again, It solves the issue. However, it keeps in coming back. As of today, it did it again. Tried reset but at first reset it did not solve the issue so I did it again and it resolve it. Would like to ask if you have experience the same problem with mine, Would like to ask some solutions to this. thanks.
