So this is the 4th or 5th time my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth just disappear and i usually go to Microsoft and they fix it but this time no one can figure out the problem so I'm hoping to get some help here.

Greetings @ShadowWolfr4

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Open Device Manger located in Control Panel. Open Network Adapters.

Your PC has a driver problem if you see device errors or unknown devices. Your PC should not be having repetitive WIFI and Bluetooth errors.

Your HP PC's specs show either: MediaTek WIFI/ Bluetooth or Intel WIFI/Bluetooth hardware. You would have to try each driver listed below to see what you have, I don't know what HP installed in your MB.

The MediaTek WIFI driver download is Here. MediaTek Bluetooth is Here.

The Intel WIFI driver download is Here. Intel Bluetooth is Here.

If you see no Device Manager: WIFI or Bluetooth devices I would guess you have a hardware problem.

This may require replacing the M.2 WIFI/Bluetooth card. If WIFI/Bluetooth is integrated in the MB this may require a new MB.

Regards
