hello, my g6 device had bcm4313hmgb model bt 3.0 as of today I bought ar9485 bt 4.0 device to upgrade but there is a problem in the bios it says bt fcc id n/a windows sees the device as bluetooth but I can't pair it how can I solve it please help

You would have to install the W10 Atheros Bluetooth driver...

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth module in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
