Hello, i had this issue for a while now, my laptop's bluetooth works perfectly except while connecting to a bluetooth audio device it doesnt pair.
This issue manifested after one of windows 10 updates.
Please help me solve this issue.

Try downloading Bluetooth driver from Intel website
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27493

After this drivers update reboot the notebook, check is the Bluetooth drivers are listed under device manager.

And check if it's able to pair any Bluetooth device
If the issue is not resolved, try to run BIOS update and check.

I installed the intel bluetooth driver as suggested and updated the bios but the broadcom bluetooth driver is still available and the issue wasn't resolved . I am unable to connect my hp bluetooth headset when i do so this message appears "that didnt work . Maku sure your bluetooth device is still discoverable, then try again
Please help me fix this issue
