Hello. i have a HP Pavilion 15 P230AX with Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit running on it.
in a years, i never use my bluetooth to pair with any device. and now, when i want to pair my phone (xiaomi redmi 3 pro) both of my device (Laptop and smartphone) can't recognize each other. the bluetooth always says "searching for devices....................)
1. i have restart the service in services.msc and set the bluetooth to "started" and "automatically" in device manager
2. i have reinstall my bluetooth driver, and it's up to date
3. i have try to follow the steps on http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/No-bluetooth-device-was-detected... but, it can't help. And in HP wireless assistant, it's says
it's says disabled, but i can connect to the internet. i don't know who's wrong, me or the software. and the "turn All On" button is freeze.
help me please.

At the outset, we need to determine if there are any conflicts. For better clarity, I would require more information on this.
- Have you tried pairing your Xiaomi Note Pro 3 with another device to rule out Bluetooth connectivity issues with it?
- Have you tried to pair any other device with your computer to check if the computer’s Bluetooth works correctly?

If it still does not get resolved, Please update the bios, chipset and Bluetooth drivers from http://hp.c/om/drivers If it has not been done.
