Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Community! 🎉
I’m here to help you troubleshoot your issue and get things back on track. Just follow these steps below, and we’ll have you running smoothly in no time:
1) Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter
- Click the Start button and go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
- Under Find and fix other problems, select Bluetooth and click Run the troubleshooter.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to resolve any detected issues.
2) Uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth Adapter
If the Bluetooth icon is missing, but Bluetooth appears in Device Manager, try the following:
- Open Device Manager by searching for it in the taskbar.
- Expand Bluetooth, right-click the Bluetooth adapter (may include "radio"), and select Uninstall device.
- Click the Start button, go to Power, and select Shut down.
- After a few seconds, turn your PC back on. Windows should attempt to reinstall the driver automatically.
- If the driver doesn’t reinstall, go back to Device Manager, click Action > Scan for hardware changes.
3) Update Wireless Card and BIOS
If the issue persists, update the wireless card drivers and BIOS from the official HP Support website to ensure compatibility and stability.

Hey @Shaurya_14,
I suggest you download the latest drivers from the HP Support website, enter your product details, or let HP detect your product.
Next, in the software and driver page select let hp detect the drivers you need.
Also, I recommend you download HP support assistant and follow the instructions in the tool to update your device.
You can refer this guide to update the BIOS: HP Consumer Desktop PCs - Updating the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) (Windows) | HP® Support
Let me know how it goes.
Take care and have a good day.
