Hi
Make, Model and OS please.
SKU: if possible by this method
WinKey + R and type
msinfo32
Read Line 9
System SKU: N6K07EA#ABU

Please do not post Serial Numbers.

That range of PC has several possible fitments...   WLAN module
Description Spare part number
Atheros AR9485 802.11b/g/n 1x1 WiFi Adapter 675794-001
Atheros 9485GN 802.11b/g/n 1x1 WiFi and 3012 Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter 655795-001
Broadcom 4313GN 802.11b/g/n 1x1 WiFi and 20702 Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter 657325-001
Ralink WLAN Ralink Ripple3 RT5390F_802.11 b/g/n 1x1 PCIe HMC 670691-001
Atheros AR9565 802.11bgn 1x1 WiFi + BT4.0 combo Adapter 690019-001
Ralink RT3290LE 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter 690020-001
Ralink RT5390R 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi Adapter 691415-001
Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11bgn Wi-Fi Adapter 709848-001

So with the SKU it may be something that can be checked.

An alternate adapter may have to be fitted.

msinfo32.png Scrolling thru may also give some clues.

Hi

Unfortunately you have cropped the picture.

So based on what you have posted you do not have an adapter installed.

Therefore the command line may be able to locate something...

Copy, Paste and Save in Notepad, as LBB.bat (not a .TXT) and double click to run.
Preferably run as an Administrator.
OR
Copy and use the individual command lines as needed.

Post anything non-personal, but relevant please.

@Echo OFF
getmac
netsh lan show interfaces
netsh wlan show interfaces
netsh wlan show drivers

PAUSE
systeminfo
PowerShell -Command "Get-NetAdapter"
PowerShell -Command "Get-NetAdapter -Name * | Format-Table -View Driver"
PowerShell -Command "GIP -Detailed"
PowerShell -Command "Test-NetConnection"
PAUSE
