Hi there, I have a problem...
I used Bluetooth to transfer Data between phone and HP 8470p, but it stopped working. Device Manager says:
BLUETOOTH:
- Broadcom 20702
- Microsoft Bluetooth List
OTHER:
! Bluetooth Peripheral !
I downloaded the Bluetooth driver, but no change. I have no idea how to figure out what driver I need to make this (!) go away, or what this Bluetooth Peripheral may be or do. Why are there even 3 Bluetooth in it? It does not find any drivers when I let it search for one.
Please note names may vary between Win Versions, I used Win7 64 Bit GERMAN. So it may be a bit different than what you used to read but I hope you get my point.
So what can I do now to make it work again? Even the program "Bluetooth data transfer" (which was built in in Windows - submit or receive) stopped working (threw an error) and now is completly gone - I cannot even find it any longer AT ALL. Bluetooth is activated in BIOS and also in Connectivity Manager, but Windows says "device is not configured right" or "driver installed but device not recognized" or "driver software not installed - no drivers found".
