I cannot manage bluetooth conncections from the bleutooth section in settings.

No device are shown:

I have removed and reinstalled the bluetooth driver, stopped, disabled, reenabled and started the bluetooth services:

The Device manager shows bluetooth as working fine and several devices configured:

When I try to unistall the devices they disinstall ok but after a short while they "magically" show up again.

I also tried to hack the registry but, despite all my efforts, I'm not able to get rid of the device entry in the Bluetooth enumerator:

where I set the privileges to Full for Everyone.

When I try to remove the entry I get the following error:

even in safe mode.

Could anybody help in troubleshooth the problem?
At the moment my bluethooth connecction is pretty much useless.

Thanks.

Good morning.
I want to thank you in advance for the support you will be able to provide me.

Here is the detailed information of my laptop:

HPEnvy.jpg

and here are the details of the system installed:

Snap 2020-05-09 at 08.17.09.png

Just for your knowledge.

The system was purchased in 2017 and everything worked well until October 2019.

At that moment, after a Windows update, that unfortunatelly cannot be avoided in Windows 10 (I hate that) the system started crashing regularly and I had to recover it. This is why you see the installation date set to 25-Oct-2019.

Thanks again.

The_Fossette,

  thank you for your support.

As already mentioned in my first post this was already done.

Actually, to tell you the truth, I have done that already at least twice if not three times already.

Execution of the indicated file take a looong time.

Thanks again.
