HP Pavilion 11-n026br x360 PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bluetooth does not work, it is not activated anymore! Inside the device manager it is hidden and there is a warning sign at the top of the icon.

This update, I made numerous attempts and alternatives, but nothing resolves.

HP Hardware Diagnostics also does not work properly, does not run the tests.

I need help

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Bluetooth not working!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I can imagine how frustrating it must feel when your Bluetooth just vanishes like a light switch turned off, especially with that little warning sign staring back at you in Device Manager. Let’s bring it back to life together.

First, try this:

  1. Unhide & Update – In Device Manager, click View > Show hidden devices, right-click on the Bluetooth driver with the warning sign, and choose Uninstall device. Restart your PC and let Windows pull in the driver again.

  2. HP Drivers – Head to the HP Support site and download the latest Bluetooth and chipset drivers for your Pavilion x360 model.

  3. Windows Updates – Run Windows Update to make sure no pending patches are holding things back.

  4. Hardware Reset – Sometimes a simple reset works wonders: shut down your laptop, unplug power, and hold the power button for 15 seconds before starting again.

Since HP Hardware Diagnostics isn’t running smoothly, you can also try the online version here: HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI).

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
