HP Pavilion 15-n213tu Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a hp 15n. It is really a old system. It has capability of running bluetooth but from the last few weeks I observe that bluetooth is not showing in the windows 10 action menu neither it is available in the settings. I browsed the device manager and found it under hidden devices. I tried all possible fixes like reinstalling windows, changing from windows to other os, driver upgrades, system reset, troubleshoot, etc.

The error shown is as follows:

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. The signing certificate for this file has been revoked.Untitled.png

There's no fix to get the Ralnk BT adapter to work on the newer builds of W10.

You will either have to replace the Ralink Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter with a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter that supports all versions of W10 or use a USB Bluetooth adapter.

This card works on W10 and features dual band Wi-Fi as well.

I did not use any external adapter, but have the bluetooth pre-built in my laptop. It was working on windows 10 a few week ago. Although I went through an update, but I do not think that might have affected the system.

I know you're not using a USB Bluetooth adapter.

I replied that your only option was to use a USB Bluetooth adapter or replace the Ralink Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter with a different model.

Resolving the problem you have is not possible by any means other than that.
