Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hello

I freshly reinstalled Windows 10 x64 on my DV6 and I don't have bluetooth anymore.

It used to work on the same OS (after an update from Windows 7 to 10).

I can't see the bluetooth card in the device manager, but I can see an "Unknown Device", which I guess is the bluetooth (nothing else seems to be missing)

Where can I get the driver ? When looking on HP's assistance page, it is written there is no driver support for Windows 10.

thanks

Hi,

I can't find its specs. Please go to Device mamager and check to see what is the wireless card on your computer. Or

(a) Right click "Unknown device",
(b) Click "Properties",
(c) Click "Details" tab,
(d) Select "hardare ids" from Property pull down window,
(e) Right click "Value" area and "Select all",
(f) Hold down Ctrl key then press C,
(g) Paste the information to your post back message.

Regards.

Hi

Thank you for the quick reply

For the unknown component (which I guess is the bluetooth) :

ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_0004
ACPI\HPQ0004
*HPQ0004

For the Wireless Card, it is :

Ralink RT3090 802.11b/g/n WiFi Adapter
