I had someone re-install windows a while back and i lost my Bluetooth. I haven't had any luck getting the driver back for it. Any help would be nice.

Hi:
Below is the link to the product specs page for your notebook.
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04936075
It did not come with Bluetooth networking capabilities, or that feature would have been listed along with the 802.11b/g/n (1x1) wireless connectivity specification.
If you want to add bluetooth networking, you can either purchase an external USB Bluetooth adapter, or replace the internal Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11bg/n 1x1 WiFi adapter with the Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11bgn 1×1 + BT 4 LE Combo Adapter HP part number 753077-001.
You can find that model wifi adapter on eBay. Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure.
