I was afraid you were going to write that.
Unfortunately, the Ralink Wi-Fi cards have that problem of the Bluetooth completely disappearing from the device manager.
There is no fix.
If your notebook has two Wi-Fi antenna wires connected to the Ralink card, I recommend that you replace the Ralink card with this model that is listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual.
You can easily check the number of antenna wires it has by removing the access panel on the bottom of the notebook.
See chapter 5 page 58.
Broadcom BCM943228HMB 802.11abgn 2×2 Wi-Fi Adapter, Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter HP part #730668-001
I have a 350 G1 (15.6" display version of your notebook) with the same card and both the Wi-Fi and BT work fine on W10.
The Broadcom card is also dual band so you can connect to the 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi band.
You should be able to find the card on eBay.
Seach by the HP part number not the model of the Wi-Fi card.
If your notebook only has one antenna wire, then you can use this card instead. It is single band, but the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth work with only one antenna wire.
Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11bgn 1×1 + Bluetooth 4 LE Combo Adapter HP part #753077-001
This is the least expensive one I could find for the Realtek card:
HP Stream 13-C002dx 13-C Series Wireless Half Card RTL8723BE 753077-001 (K26-66) | eBay
Or you can purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter.

Hi:
What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook come with?
If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.
