I'm looking for Bluetooth and Web Cam driver for my laptop hp 15-r002ne notebook pc (energy star) using windows 10, 64 bit

Webcams don't need drivers since they are USB powered.

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if the HP universal camera driver works for you.

If your notebook has a Ralink Wi-Fi adapter, there is no longer a working W10 Bluetooth driver for it.

 

This was the only Ralink BT driver for that model Wi-Fi adapter:

 

MediaTek (Ralink) Bluetooth Software Driver

 

11.0.761.0

If your notebook has a different model Wi-Fi adapter, you will have to let me know what model it is so I can give you the appropriate driver for it.
