Product: Hp 15-ay019tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I have hp 15-ay019tu windows 7(64-bit) i have reinstalled windows and i don't have driver of Bluetooth i have downloaded driver from Hp.com/support but when i try to install it it failed to install, furthermore i have downloaded real tech driver. please help me out I'm very worried.

Hi,


Uninstall any WLAN and Bluetooth drivers already installed from Device manager first,

Then Download, save and install these:
WLAN:
http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/HP-15-Notebook-PC-series/10862300/model/11...

Bluetooth:
http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/HP-15-Notebook-PC-series/10862300/model/11...
