Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

My BT drops and reconnects several times a day, at random moments. The BT is connected to my BT mouse and headset. I tried these devices on ohter PC's/laptops without problems. All  possible updates have been done: W10, BIOS, HP support assistant. Also a few fresh installs of the laptop from scratch were done.

The installed driver for Realtek Bluetooth 4.2 Adapter: 1.7.1021.3000

Networkadapters: Realtek RTL8822BE 802.11ac PCI" Adapter: 2024.0.10.209

These devices are not allowed to turn off the power (via power management tab).

In the system log I can find following entries when my BT is dropped:

BTHUSB 34 and 18.

Any suggestions how it can be solved?

Kind Regards

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to update the wifi and bluetooth drivers to their latest versions...

Wifi:     2024.0.10.218

Hi

I tested with the drivers that you proposed but there is no difference. I think the problem is the network card RTL2288BE but  it has already been replaced.  I'll send it back to HP again for the third time, while I still have warranty.
