My Bluetooth earphones (Haylou-GT1) are not working properly on my laptop it pairs but the audio is stuttering even in close range and full battery while another Bluetooth earphone i have works just fine with no stuttering. The Haylou-GT1 works fine with my phone and other laptops with clear audio. I've tried reinstalling the Bluetooth drivers , uninstall it , restarting the PC , factory resetting the earphones , updating the Bluetooth drivers but nothing works. I hope someone can help me fix this issue please.

Hello @Sandytechy20 thank you for replying i tried using the Bluetooth earphones with another HP laptop and it works. I've just updated the drivers with the one you provided but its  does not seem to fix it. I went on Hp's site to download the LAN and Bluetooth drivers but its still not work. For some unknown reason the earphones does not work properly.

Run Extensive system test to check for hardware failures.

1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.

2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.

3. On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.

4. Click Extensive Test.

5. Click Run once, or Loop until error. While the test is running, the time remaining and test result for each component are shown on the screen.

Cheers.
