Hi @Ratty98,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If Bluetooth is not working on your HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15 after a system restore from the cloud, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Check Bluetooth Settings:

  • Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your laptop. You can do this by going to "Settings" > "Devices" > "Bluetooth & other devices" and making sure the Bluetooth toggle is turned on.

Device Manager:

  • Open Device Manager by right-clicking on the Start button and selecting "Device Manager."
  • Look for the Bluetooth device under the "Bluetooth" or "Network adapters" section.
  • If there's a yellow exclamation mark or an error message, right-click on the Bluetooth device and select "Update driver." Follow the on-screen instructions to update the driver.

Rollback Driver:

  • If updating the driver doesn't work, you can try rolling back the Bluetooth driver to the previous version. In Device Manager, right-click on the Bluetooth device, select "Properties," go to the "Driver" tab, and click "Roll Back Driver" if the option is available.

Uninstall and Reinstall Bluetooth Driver:

  • In Device Manager, right-click on the Bluetooth device and select "Uninstall device."
  • After uninstalling, restart your laptop.
  • Windows should automatically reinstall the Bluetooth driver upon restart. If not, you may need to visit the HP support website to download and install the latest Bluetooth driver for your laptop model.

Windows Update:

  • Make sure your Windows 11 is up to date. Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Windows Update" and check for updates. Install any pending updates.

Restore Point:

  • If the issue started after a system restore, it's possible that the restore point itself is the source of the problem. Consider using a different restore point or undoing the recent system restore.

Check for Interference:

  • Make sure there are no other devices causing interference with Bluetooth signals. Move away from other electronic devices and try connecting in a different location.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, there may be a hardware problem with the Bluetooth module, and

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
