Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I listen to music via Bluetooth connection but when I turn on wifi connection in the laptop, the Bluetooth connection becomes weak which breaks the sound in the Bluetooth device,..so, most of the time I have to turn off the wifi to listen to the sounds properly of the music.

Hi:

 

If your notebook as a Realtek RTL8723BE or DE wifi adapter, see if updating the Wifi and Bluetooth drivers to their latest versions resolve the issue.
