ProBook 440 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Windows and all updates up to date.

As you can see in the pictures when I disconnect my bluetooth headphones the speed goes up. When I connect them it goes down.

I think it didn't happen with my old headphones but I can't remember.

It certainly doesn't happen when it's bluetooth connected to my phone.

Headphones and WiFi work great on my android.

Any ideas on what I could do or what it could be the issue?

Possibly related: this HP laptop also randomly loses WIFI signal and get's the yellow sign on the WIFI thing, when the phone works great.

Maybe this laptop is faulty?

Hi

Yes.

Some adapters with dual WiFi and Bluetooth give priority to Bluetooth, so no WiFi.

Prego.

Bad news I know.

Maybe consider an alternate WiFi adapter?

It is extremely annoying, especially since I needed them for work.

I'll just get a usb headset, that'll do it.

Thanks for being thoughtful.
