HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Recently I upgraded my OS to windows 10. Currently, bluetooth icon is not visible on system tray and under device manager, Bluetooth icon and adopters are visible under view-->show hidden devices option only. I am not able to connect to any bluetooth device to my laptop. I tried all kinds of solutions available online. Reinstalled drivers as well. Here is my bluetooth hardware ID details:

PCI\VEN_1814&DEV_3298&SUBSYS_18EC103C&REV_00
PCI\VEN_1814&DEV_3298&SUBSYS_18EC103C
PCI\VEN_1814&DEV_3298&CC_0D1100
PCI\VEN_1814&DEV_3298&CC_0D11

Can anyone help me to make this bluetooth hardware to work again without reverting back to original OS supplied with my laptop, viz., Windows 8.1?

Thanks in advance.

Kind Regards,

Hi:

The only W10 BT driver I know of for the Ralink wifi card is this one...

This package contains the driver installation package for the Mediatek Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

But HP Support suggested sp71995 which is not working. I will try the driver suggested by you and get back soon. Thank you!

Installing sp71572.exe did not help. My wifi adopter stopped working in fact. So, I had to uninstall it.

Can anyone give me better solution.
