HP 245 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I don't know if this laptop comes with blue tooth or not,  because every website shows BT in their specification but I can't find BT in settings and not even in Device Manager. Help me out if this device don't have BT or I have to install drivers manually for it.Ii tried almost everything - installed Brodcom  then I also tried realtek BT but nothing works.

Hi:

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with a Realtek RTL8188EE-VJ 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi adapter.

https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=Y9Q66PC

That model wifi adapter is a single band, non Bluetooth wifi adapter.

Your notebook does not come with built in Bluetooth.

You have two options...

1. Purchase a USB bluetooth adapter.

2. Upgrade the internal Realtek 8188EE wifi card to this model...

Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1x1 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) HP part # L17365-005.

You can find this model on eBay, or Ali Express.

https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=L17365-005&_sacat=0&_sop=15

The card has the same throughput as the RTL8188EE card on the 2.4 GHz wifi band, but on the 5.0 GHz wifi band with an AC router, it has a maximum throughput of 433 MBPS.

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure...
