Product: HP 15 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Bluetooth is not visible in device manager and in setting menu. it is not working having problem in file transfer and connecting any device. I have tried all the possible solution like troubleshooting etc. but nothing worked. here i am attaching some screen shots so that u can  got the exact problem and help me to solve this.Screenshot (15).pngScreenshot (16).pngScreenshot (17).png

What is your machine ? Does it have builtin Bluetooth adapter ?

I dont know. How to know that my laptop have inbuilt bluetooth adapter. If it had in which part of laptop it's built in. Please help me to solve this bluetooth issue.
