I have a problem with my laptop: HP-15db1033nw - bluetooth is not working - unable to connect to the device, although it can see the devices.
System: Windows 10 Home 20H2 (64-bit)
Product number 9PX62EA # AKD
The only suggestion I can offer, would be to update the Realtek wifi and bluetooth drivers to their latest versions if you have not done so already.

All drivers are updated. I already miss an idea. Could it be that the problem could not be solved ...? 😞

Unfortunately, if the drivers have been updated and the Bluetooth still won't connect, I don't have any other ideas you can try, short of factory resetting the notebook.
