hello team My name is Ashish and i am using  HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC  product number is LK364PA#ACJ and serial number is CNF0497LH9, window 7 ultimate 32 bit.

Bluetooth is not working it says an error occurred while Window is saving your setting. Bluetooth device might be unplugged.

Unable to add any device neither  mobile device nor bluetooth  speakers.

i've tried everything manual to automatic searched for various drivers but nothing works . please team help me out 

and i've also installed HP support Assistant . and i am also not getting the option of send file and receive file.bluethooth problem.jpg

Did you install the Broadcom Bluetooth driver so the Bluetooth will work?

 

The generic driver that Windows installs is not good enough.

 

This package contains software and a driver to support the Broadcom 2070 Bluetooth for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The Broadcom 2070 Bluetooth Driver works together with the Broadcom WLAN Driver that supports the NIC in your notebook to enable Bluetooth connections.
