Product: HP 14-r004tu Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)
Dear Support Team,
I am writing to request your assistance with a critical issue affecting my Bluetooth functionality.
Background:
- My computer was running Windows 8.1 for an extended period.
- Last year, I successfully updated to Windows 10.
- All functionalities, including Bluetooth, were operating smoothly until recently.
Problem:
- Approximately 3-4 months ago, my Bluetooth connectivity abruptly ceased to function.
- I have diligently attempted all available solutions to troubleshoot the issue, but unfortunately, none have yielded positive results.
Diagnostic Efforts:
- I followed these steps:
- Opened Device Manager
- Navigated to View > Show Hidden Devices
- Expanded "Bluetooth Devices"
- Right-clicked "Ralink Bluetooth PCIe Adapter"
- Selected "Properties"
- The following error message was displayed:
- "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"
- Additionally, the message "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. The signing certificate for this file has been revoked."
Impact:
The inoperability of my Bluetooth connectivity significantly hinders my productivity and workflow.
Request:
I urgently request your assistance in resolving this issue and restoring my Bluetooth functionality. I would be grateful if you could guide troubleshooting the driver issue and verifying the digital signature.
