Hi everyone!!
I have a very weird issue with Bluetooth.
There is no bt icon at the tray, there is no tumbler to switch it on or off, when I try to add any device it crashes and propose two useless steps, when I enter a device dispatcher I see attention icon on Bluetooth device.
I delete it, switch it off but nothing helped at all !!!
When I try to update the driver it shows that my driver is the best(clicking to look for a new driver in update centre it shows that there is no new drivers)
I download all possible scan utilities from official HP but:
First of all there is no option to check exactly Bluetooth and !
The second is when I do hardware express-test in certain moment the test crashes and it says that this crash has been sorted to reports.
The driver is fresh, there is no new updates.
Only yellow triangle icon in device dispatcher.
And the same issue I have with card reader.

Hi:
What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook come with?
Since your notebook is not supported by HP for W10, I will have to see if there is a W10 Bluetooth driver for the model Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter your notebook comes with.
See if this W10 SD card reader driver works:
