HP Recommended

Hi all, the issue started less than a month ago but after numerous attempts I am still left with my hands in my hair. The bluetooth on my laptop would just spontaneously stop working. It would either disappear or it would be greyed out on the quick settings toolbar. It keeps giving me error 43 as a code, even after I have de-installed the driver (mediatek bluetooth) and re-installed it. What am I to do?
