Hi,
I cannot find bluetooth on my Elitebook, it does not show up in device manager. The device is supposed to have it.
I have loaded the HP Support Assistant and done all the recommended updates.
I have done all the Microsoft Windows updates.
I would appreciate some help.

The series has few options for Wifi adapters, which one is on your machine ? You can use Device Manager to find out

Good morning. Your machine uses same adapter as my 840 G5. The current BT driver is
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp113501-114000/sp113708.exe
Please download and install it to your machine.
Regards

@Banhien
Hi BH
Thank you for the reply and the link.
I have already downloaded this driver and installed it. Unfortunately it did not make a difference to the problem - there is still no bluetooth available in device manager or in settings.
Is this the latest wireless driver? I have tried to update it, but cannot seem to get it updated to the intel one.
Thank you again for trying to help.
