Product: HP EliteBook 850 G5 Base Model Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I cannot find Bluetooth on my Elitebook, it does not show up in the device manager. The device is supposed to have it.
I have loaded the HP Support Assistant and done all the recommended updates.
I have done all the Microsoft Windows updates. 

The wireless adaptor is: an Intel Duel Band Wireless-AC 8265
 have already downloaded this driver and installed it. Unfortunately, it did not make a difference to the problem - there is still no Bluetooth available in the device manager or in settings.
Is this the latest wireless driver? I have tried to update it, but cannot seem to get it updated to the intel one.
I would appreciate some help.
