Hi, My mouse is not connecting to the new laptop. It's an HP 430 Bluetooth mouse.

Any ideas?

The mouse is enabled through HP Accessory Center (HPAC) Software so if you do not have it downloaded on your laptop, the HPAC software available for free download in Microsoft Store.

If you have it installed, just retry the connection steps. On your laptop go to Start menu then

open the Settings. Select Bluetooth & Devices on the right, then click the Add Device button

Switch on the mouse and wait for it's name to appear on the screen then select it and pair.

That should work
