Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, not.

It will work with W7, or W8.1 though.

What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook come with?

If it has a Ralink RT3290 Wi-Fi adapter, the Bluetooth doesn't work on the newer builds of W10.

There is no fix other than to use a USB Bluetooth adapter.

How do I know the model of the wi-fi adapter?

HP Recommended

Go to the device manager.

Click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

Yes,  that's the model where the Bluetooth won't work on W10.

Ok! Thank you! Would W11 work?
