Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just upgraded my laptop from windows 8 to windows 10, unbelievable I observed that I can't find Bluetooth icon which I always used in the windows 8 on my laptop anymore.

I have downloaded and installed the latest Bluetooth driver.

I have also gone through "services.msc" to get the Bluetooth support service" running but all to no avail.

I followed the troubleshoot and it says no Bluetooth hardware is discovered. I am really surprised at this.

Pls if anyone can proffer any solution to this, I'll really appreciate.

What EXACTLY is your Intel core13 ? Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:
