That did not help, I have the same issue with my other HP ProBook 440 G5 and have even replaced it under warranty.
Unfortunately it was replaced with the same RTL8822BE that also works poorly.
Could you recommend any better module for my laptop (and for ProBook 440 G5 also)
Intel 9260NGW?

I have the same problems with My Envy x360 15m-bq1xx, with the same RTL8822BE card. I had Best Buy investigate it, to no avail. I then wiped the whole computer and restarted with a fresh install of windows. I am also completely up to date on all drivers, windows, etc. My Bluetooth problem is also sporadic, which is why it is so tough to diagnose. But one problem exists when waking from sleep. Another is broken audio through a Bluetooth headphone. Also, when the problem rears it's ugly head, and I turn off Bluetooth radio to try and restart it, it will not come back on. The only fix is to restart the computer. I did try changing the service to automatic, however the one labelled BluetoothUserService_6c2bb it gives me an error, parameter incorrect. The parameter is set as C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe -k BthAppGroup -p. I hope a fix comes out eventually. I currently have stopped using any Bluetooth devices at all. I do use a Logitech mouse and keyboard that uses unifying software and it's own USB radio device. No problems with those. BUT I would rather use Bluetooth so I don't have to use a USB slot, plus although small, it does stick out and don't want to hit it and break the port....

I have purchased 2 Intel 8265AC modules for Envy x360 and ProBook. They work perfectly. I would recommend you to do the same. HP Service Center may have them for adequate price (~$10-$15, or search on ebay / aliexpress).

I watched a YouTube replacement of that chip.... Not for me, a little out of my league.... I'll have to contact a computer store and see if they can do it for me.... Thanks for the answer though!!! At least I know I'm not going crazy!!! Seems HP should offer some help since the chipset is bad... Maybe an isolated run of them?? Thanks again!!

Well, I'm at a loss now. I was getting ready to order the part when my desktop bluetooth mouse stopped working! I use a generic usb bluetooth device to interface it with the pc. Also my wife just got a brand new HP laptop, and a brand new bluetooth mouse and after the HP update to realtek wifi/bluetooth it has stopped working. All seem to not reconnect after the monitor shuts off or after the computer sleeps. However my desktop does not go to sleep. So is it a Windows update issue???

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.
- What is the exact model for your computer?
- What is the operating system you are using?
- Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
- Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
Look forward to hearing from you and you have a great day!
Take care.
Cheers!

I went into device manager and right clicked the Realtek device, update and it found a new update!! So far less problems, but this is happening now on my desktop, after sleep mode possibly, and it's not an HP. So the problem must be Windows/driver related.....
