Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-eh1000 (2H5A6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Can anyone please assist me. My windows is not getting updated, it's windows 11. When any updates shows and i try to update it, it shows an error. 

Also I am not able to connect with other devices via Bluetooth. 

Bluetooth is available on the system still it's not showing/connecting with other devices

Your laptop is rated for Windows 11.  Did it come with 11 or did up upgrade?

 

There were bios and driver releases for windows 11 as listed here (version 21h1)

Please check your bios and verify you have f.12 Rev A (amd processor)

The network driver set includes an Intel bluetooth driver assuming your system comes with bluetooth.  Not all do.
